I'm looking at this drive and was curious if anyone else was using it inside their Mac Pro? It has a big heat sink which I wasn't sure would fit inside the Mac, or, do you take it off? Also, what kind of speed boost did you get going from a 7200 drive? This would be used for Logic Project files.

The Velociraptor is actually lower power than most drives.Velociraptor was a small carnivorous dinosaur, known to the public from the first movie Jurassic Park.Although the film was too large and its ability to group work are in conflict using the name of the dinosaur,Which in Latin means clustering fast thief appears to be truly wise and the hard drive manufacturer Western Digital.
