Logic Pro (X) BUG in Bounce Replace alol Tracks w/ stacks

typically my last step before archiving a project is to use the "Bounce Replace All Tracks' command, with bypass effects enabled. This basically cleans up all the edits, and consolidates all the audio files. - then I delete unused audio and archive.

In Logic Pro X, I have noticed that when using Stacks, summing and folders.. that when Bounce replace all is used - that the stacks no longer retain the audio routing. Logic creates duplicate aux channel strips for summing stacks, but those are removed from the arrangement window. The original summing stacks remain in the arrangement window - however no audio is passed through them.
Folder stacks containg audio and subsequent summing stacks - no longer show audio passed through them as well.

Anyone else notice this? / this really sucks
