Logic 9 Changing sample tempo but not pitch in EXS24?

    Hi all,

I've been having fun chopping up some of our bands vocal and guitar tracks and remixing them in different ways. I'm using the chopped audio samples in the EXS24. Everything is great if I am working at same tempo as the original audio. However I would like to keep the same pitch for the vocals and guitar samples but increase the overall tempo so that I could work with faster tempos. I've found lots of posts and videos about shifting the pitch and keeping the same tempo but nothing on tempo with no pitch shifting. Any thoughts?

Take a look at the flex editing features. They sound like just the ticket. or, if you want to continue to work with the EXS 24, look at using the "Convert to sampler track" functions. It sounds like either of these will be right up the alley you're looking for.
