Logic Pro (X) marquee stripe gone in X?

Did they do away with the marquee stripe in Logic X? I cannot find it and no mention in the manual.

In the arrange window, View -> Marquee Ruler.

And this is in Logic Pro X? I still can't find it.

Do you have all the advanced tools turned on?

I can't see where to turn it on or off. It is not in the View menu or any other window that I can see and when I look in help it doesn't come up there or in the manual -just regular marguee selection in the manual. It is probably in front of my face, but I'll be darned if I can find it in Logic Pro X.

It's under the view menu in the arrange window, not the menu bar.
