    Hello all
just found this group and it seems like a very good place to get information. I am having a very hard time getting my midi to work in logic 8. My set up

juno 106 (trying to use as controller and for sound)
    mpc 2000
    korg tr rack
    vintage keys
    proteus 2000
    motif rack es

    unitor 8 usb midi interface
    maudio profire 610
powermac g5 dual 1.8 maxed to 4gb mac os ver. 10.5.7

have all units connected in and out on the unitor 8 . In the audio midi setup the unitor 8 is there and i have created my setup in that section. is there something else needed to make this work. was using logic 5 under old operating system before. any help would be most appreciated thanks for your time

Were you using all those external instruments in Logic 5.51? If you saved some old projects, you might be able to open them in Logic 8 and bring in the old environments. If not, you can define new multi-instruments and drum machines in the environment window so you can select them in the arrange window for which ever track you are working on.

How far do you get and what does and doesn't work?
For example: Can you control software instruments with the Juno?
