How does one access omnipshere in Logic Pro 9?
Welcome to the LUG. FYI, I moved this post into its own thread.
In order to access Omnisphere in Logic 9, it first of all has to be installed correctly (follow the instructions that come with omnisphere). Then ensure that it shows up in Logic's AU Manager. As Omnisphere is 64 bit, it will be scanned when starting Logic in 64 bit mode. You then need to either use (or create) an instrument channel in Logic, just as you would for the EXS 24, ES2 or any other Logic instrument. Insert an instance of Omnisphere in the Instrument slot in the channel (this is the one labelled I/O, NOT one of the Inserts). After that, you should be good to go. If you have any trouble, refer to the exploring Logic Pro manual, Chapter 3, it explains how to load instruments.
Thank you for the information.
