I would like to "thin out" a MIDI track that I created by selecting all the notes UNDER a certain VELOCITY..

Any idea how to configure the TRANSFORM to do this?

You need to use an existing preset and modify it. The attached image shows using the Fixed Velocity preset. Go to the bottom left corner of the Transformer window and uncheck the Hide Unused Parameters box. Your transformer set should look like mine (unless you renamed it to save - a good idea if you will use this a lot) except the number used for Velocity. That would be set to your needs.

Thanks Doug! I used a workaround with "select equal colors" but the transform you provided should be more efficient!

Welcome. Remember to save it as a custom preset and you're done.
