Is anyone using this with Logic?
I bought it for video editing, for which it is indispensable. The spring-loaded shuttle function goes faster the farther you twist it. But it comes with a slough of templates (for Logic, Pro Tools, etc...). Even so, you have to use a utility to point it to the executable file that you want to use it with, and most likely re-assign its buttons to the key commands you use most often.
I use the Shuttle Pro, works well. I have assigned my own commands.
This is not the current state, I rearranged it in the meantime. But it may be a usable starting point:
I use it for working in the Score editor.
Have you found that ShuttlePRO is working well within Lion?
If you have an iPad i recommend this too, V Control Pro, really outstanding...
