ULN8 Master Bus Meter anomaly?

In this .cnsl (attached) when I lower the main fader the meters show reduced level, but when I lower the output of the limiter on the master bus the meters DO NOT change although I hear the level of the output reduce.

    How can this be? Ideas?

There are two parts to the answer:
    - Metering is generated within the mixer
    - Inserts are post-mixer

If you pull the fader down, you'll see the signal to your limiter getting lower. We are looking at ways to improve this.

Aaah! Inserts are POST fader, of course. And metering is not the output of the console! Not what I am used to :)

Well spotted. My Genelec 1031As are enjoying a revival right now, because I bought the ADAM A5 monitor Desktop Stands and the little genelecs sit nicely either side of my screen.

Configure the Mixer (Command Shift C) and name everything as you want to.
