Logic Pro 9 BFD2, Logic and Importing Drum Grooves

Can someone explain to me "like a caveman" how to import BFD2 grooves into Logic ver 9+ so I can use the BFD groove and drum kit in my Logic Project

On the Grooves page of BFD2 you export individual grooves as MIDI files from under the Save menu. The command is called "Export Groove MIDI".

Bring the exported MIDI file into Logic on your BFD 2 track and you should be good to go. You'll have the groove playing via Logic's Arrange Window - with all the editing options that entails - while triggering your BFD 2 kit.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you can also drag grooves directly out of the groove palette into your arrange window and onto your track.

Yes you can. I think it's either option or control clicking on the groove once it's loaded in the groove palette and then dragging. I've never tried the export thing before.

Yes, you can drag them from the palette on the BFD 2 Groove page, right into the Arrange Window. No modifier keys necessary. Sorry - I should have mentioned that in my original reply.
