    Well done, good problem solving.

Logic Pro X Audio Track I/O issues

Actually it's a bit different: When you open a project, Logic tries to switch to the audio device that was active last time the project was saved. If that device is not available (because it is not connected or switched off), Logic shows a warning "Device X is not available, Y will be used...

Logic Pro X Flattening thread kills Instrument track

I rarely agree to this statement, however, this time I do. It's extra weird in that the first pic shows an Input button, which neither an Instrument, nor a Summing Stack nor a Folder Stack nor a regular Folder has. Good you have it solved, though.

Logic Pro X Flattening thread kills Instrument track

Still, I see only the stack, which is an Aux, not an Instrument, even if it's named Ivory. There is no level indication so I can't tell if it plays or not. You have cut off the left border of that track headers in the second screenshot, so I can't tell what we're looking at there. Also, I don't...

Logic Pro X Flattening thread kills Instrument track

All I see is a summing stack with notes on it, no instrument. And two vocal tracks inside that stack, one processed, one muted. You can't play back the notes on the stack, right ? Not unless you lay an actual instrument track into that stack. How does it look like in the source project ?

Suggestions for sweetening stereo mic track of live acoustic band performance.

I've cooked up a meal. Should I add more spices to improve it ? Which ones ? How much ? Seriously, without hearing anything, what's there to suggest ?

Logic Pro X all audio and click records onto new track

This only ever happens because of one of the two same possible reasons: a) you record through a microphone while a loudspeaker is playing back (yes, headphones are loudspeakers too and if they're loud enough you will hear them on a recording) b) your audio interface routes the mix output back...

    Using F Keys For Shortcuts

Either you use your Mac's native Automator software or third party software like Keyboard Maestro, the latter being far more versatile.

Logic Pro X Bounce in place extending beyond region ending

But then - a *tape* emulation, of all things, should be the first suspect for noise.

    Using F Keys For Shortcuts

Yes. Two caveats: Some things are pre-wired in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts and in System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard there's a checkbox that determines whether or not the fn button needs to be held down for these. So you can either disable them one by one or send them to a...

Logic Pro X Bounce in place extending beyond region ending

You have plugins which introduce either 'analog' noise or residual reverb trails which are included in the Bounce.

Logic Pro X Using 2nd MIDI controller

To my knowledge, keyswitches are always reachable on an 88 keyboard. How else could anyone play them ?

Logic Pro X Using 2nd MIDI controller

If you play the same notes on the keyboard, do they trigger the KSs correctly ? Are you perhaps using the keyboard in a native Native mode ? This might prevent this from working

Do the notes show up in the MIDI Monitor in the Transport field ?
