Apologies for the last question,i have now sorted out the installation process, and copied it down on paper.
I will wait and see if i have the problems reported with Lexicon, and if so then i will reinstall Logic 10.0.7
Thanks for the help.
I am buying Lexicon PCM Native Reverb or Lexicon LXP Native Plugins but Lexicon tell me there is a problem with noise on the latest version of Logic and the fix is to roll back to the previous version.
Can someone please tell me how i roll back?
My current monitor is a Dell S2409W 24" flat screen.
It is 6 years old.
I wanted a 27" to go with my late 2012 Mac Mini but my dealer say's the text will be so small it will be difficult to read.
There must be others that use a 27" screen,so I need some advice please.
Now for the big question.
Is there a scale or some sort of table that tells how many + and - make which key.
So if the original loop is in A and i want to change to D is there a way to know how to change it.
I decided i should get to know Loops and i have been listening to some of them in Logic X.
Is it possible to alter the key that the loop plays in,i don't want the loop
recorded in say "A" to stay in "A" all the way through a 2.30 song.
Any help appreciated
I have been using an M-Audio Profire 610 but due to the time it is taking for them to release a Maverick driver i am looking for a change.
I need something i can connect to my mixer,i was looking at the Apogee and the RME Babyface, but i am open to suggestions.

Installation was not without it's problems,it got stuck with 1 minute to go,and stayed there.
After 5 minutes i disconnected the power and re connected it,reboot went ok,but no hard drive icon on the desktop,it was there before i upgraded.
All plugins were scanned as usual and Logic appears to...
A while ago i demo'd the Redd plugin from Waves.
I deleted it in the usual way but the entries for it are still in the Audio Units Manager, although they are not ticked.
Can someone tell me how I can get rid of these entries please.
Well with the help of Eli this question has now been sorted.
If you set the Snap to Ticks in the snap menu,it has the same effect as turning Snap off.
There isn't an Off function,Ticks is the way to go.
I also asked how to drag the beginning of a Track so i could get rid of the...
Thank you ,yes it works at the End of a track to move backwards towards the beginning, but i can't do it at the beginning of the track to move towards the right.
It just highlights the track and waveform if i go far enough.
Hi Eli,no problem.
Video is Logic Pro X Explained - Editing - Working in the tracks Area - Time 2.07.
You move the back of a track called Plectrum Keys, left and right.
I want to do this at the beginning of an Audio track.
I recorded guitar yesterday where the backing started at bar 2 but the...
Many thanks for the replies,I think we are at cross purposes here.
In the Logic X video,in the Edit section you move the end and beginning of a section, saying we have covered this previously,if you can tell me in which chapter it is covered I can watch it for myself.
I am obviously not...
Seems I was thinking of a different DAW when i said it was easier before, sorry.
Maybe i am not explaining myself very well, here goes.
What i want to do is be able to line a track up with a track i have been sent,it's impossible to do this while Snap is on,I can't find a way to turn it...
