Logic Pro 10.2.4 compatible with El Capitan?

I've been happily running Logic 10.2.4 on Yosemite, but I'm taking a Statistics class that uses Jamovi which requires "10.11 or higher."
Looking to upgrade to El Capitan, will 10.2.4 be ok there?
