Logic Pro 10.6.3 Download?

Just upgraded Late 2015 27" iMac from 10.14.6 to 10.15.7.
Looking to upgrade Logic from 10.5.1 specifically to 10.6.3, but cannot find the download file.

App Store only tells me to "Open". Can't buy it, can't upgrade it.
Any ideas? Thanks.
