Are there any 3rd party sample libraries for EXS24 out there? Does anybody know of any good ones?

Most sample libraries are aimed at Kontakt. You could always convert to EXS24 using Translator:

Wow thats a great list. This will keep me satisfied for quite some time. I already bought THE MINI SAMPLED by Sonic Freaks. A minimoog model D sampled for EXS format. Very nice. Very analog feel to it. 105 presets and a total download of 2.5GB
