Logic Pro 9 a quick question

I'm setting a computer with only Garageband on it, mainly because the computer is about 6 years old and a bit to slow to run Logic effectively. The computer will mainly be used by my kids. Can I take the Apple Loops content from my logic 9 disks and install it on this computer without installing logic itself?

Not unless you have them installed on another computer with Logic. Do you?

Yes, Of course. On my main logic computer.
Then take the computer with Logic installed on it, connect it, via firewire, into the computer with Garageband on it, turn on the computer with Garageband first, let's call this Computer 1, then turn on the computer with Logic and put it in firewire mode (turn on the computer and hold the T button down until you see the firewire symbol floating on the screen), let's call this Computer 2. You will see computer 2 pop up as a external hard drive on computer 1, search for where the apple loops are install on computer 2, and drag them into the same location in computer 1. After the apple loops are copied into computer 1, eject computer 2 from computer 1 like you would eject disc out the superdrive, and you should be finished.

I hope this helps?
