Logic Pro 9 Adding a new MIDI region.

Hi All,

I'm trying to writing a song in Logic Pro 9, but it says that "there is nothing to display". How can I create a new MIDI region so that I can add notes and key signatures...?

Like George says, you do need to read up - otherwise you will have dozens of questions every step of the way.

But to answer your question - which won't really answer it because you'll ultimately need to know so much more than just this - single click in the Arrange Window with the Pencil tool to create an empty region.
