Logic Pro Analyse time and problem

hey I have a session and originally was attempting to slave logics (logic 10.2) tempo to an audio file, with no luck and multiple things attempted, now ocassionally when I move regions around a tab comes up saying that logic is anylizing the audio files time and pitch?

Also this particular session is slamming my cpu metre more than other similar session with exact same settings

There's nothing to analyse and I would prefer logic didn't do this,

any suggestions what is going on and how I can stop this?
