Anyone using a Velociraptor drive?

I'm looking at this drive and was curious if anyone else was using it inside their Mac Pro? It has a big heat sink which I wasn't sure would fit inside the Mac, or, do you take it off? Also, what kind of speed boost did you get going from a 7200 drive? This would be used for Logic Project files.
