Logic Studio apps anyone with novation 25sl experience?

Ive just re-loaded logic 8 onto my macbook pro laptop ( spring clean) .

Ive noticed that the list of controllers in "set up" seems to have changed since re-loading logic 8 and no longer appears to support novation ????

Any clues as to how I can get logic to recognise the remote sl .

There is a new software update at the Novation site. The main upgrade is free and the extended version it about $30US. Hope this helps.
 
I have the Novation 25 SL and it works fine with Logic 8. I have the ReMote SL in my setup by default (right after Mackie). Are you sure it's not there?

Also, beware of automap 3.0. Word is it's not perfect - maybe check complaints on user groups. Perhaps they've fixed problems. I've chosen not to update yet.
 
Nup, still not worth the effort... Nothing very Auto about Automap.
Still better off setting up your buttons knobs and faders in the SL and mapping them to functions using the learn function in logic.
Automap 3 works great with ProTools 8 however.
