Logic Pro (X) Apple Command Key in Logic?

I am buying a mac mini for the purpose of using Logic and trying to decide if I really need to pay the extra money to get a mac keyboard/mouse. The only difference is that mac keyboards have the apple command key. Is this worth it in regards to functionality/ease in Logic?

The command key is important - non-Apple keyboards work just fine. You just have to learn which key to use...

Thanks. Is there typically just another "command" key labeled as something else on non mac keyboards or is it more complicated than that?

no more complicated - depends on the keyboard - usually the key next to the space bar
