Apple help/support

Does anyone else have a problem accessing Apple help? Often when I have a question, I'll google it and Apple support pages come up at the top of the results list, but when I click on them, it goes to a link but, nothing appears.

I just get a blank window.

Yes, my link is obviously wrong. It happens over and over. What did you do differently from me to get the correct link? Is there some tell tale sign to look for amongst the results? Did you use google. It has been a while so I can't even remember what I typed, but the point is, I often see Apple, click on the first Apple link and get nothing.
