Logic Pro 9 Apple loops file handling...

Hey,

I'm running into a confusing issue. Was starting out making some loops of my own and made a lot of test loops, I now want to get rid of, since I don't want them to show up in the loop browser.

K so I found out that my loops should be located in Library/Audio/Apple Loops/User Loops, but the is no User Loops folder anywhere to be found in the Audio folder or there under.

So I use Spotlight to try to locate my loops and this shows no results either, even if Logic is able to find and display them in the loop browser.

What gives?

Also, when I use the Re-index Apple Loops User Library option, only My Loops are shown and all the factory content disappears (even if I make sure all filters are opens and use the Reset button). This works normally again after I restart Logic. Is this as it should be?

Thanks in advance,

Been a while since I have done loops, so info may be spotty.....

How did you make the loops? In Logic or the Apple Loops Utility? Where they are located may be different. In Logic, there was a time they would be in the project folder of the project they were created in, not yet indexed. Might look for them there. Also, they may get named something different during the save process, thus the reason you can't find them.
