Logic Pro apple loops indexing

today I opened an old song file to get a message that I needed to download content ( I thought I had everything).... but found that loops and a few other things needed upgrading. After reindexing loops, I find I'm about 15,000 loops short. My usual action is to delete the index and start over... but I have no index files, neither in the library or user library. Yet, in user/lib/app support is a file called LoopsDatabaseV08.db. Is this the new Pro X way of indexing and if I delete this and reindex will I get my missing loops back?

OK. Update. Trashed database file and prefs. Now, the drag and drop of my loops from a back up drive does nothing.
