Logic Pro 9 apple loops

hello out there

I have Imac iMac8,1 and to update to 10.6.8 snow leopard

I reinstall logic pro 9.1.8 . downloaded the content and the instruments.
But it does not allow me to download the apple loops.

my license and serial number i purchased so is legal. Can anyone help me
