i'm just tryin to make an arpegiator and I know how to set it up in the click & Ports window and everything but I can't control the note length. I think what I need is Resolution but i can't find that in the Inspector. On the tutorial I watched, it just is there in the inspector. Does anyone know how to do this?

thanks!

Can someone please tell me how to locate the inspector for the arpegio track?

When I right click the instrument in the Arrange window and change it to Arpeggiator, it no longer plays. So I can see where I would change my Resolution, but the whole instrument won't play.

If I leave the instrument as is, I can hear the arpeggiated notes, but I can't change the resolution. Does anyone know how to make it play when you change it to arpeggiator in the arrange window??

Thanks!

You seem to play through the arpeggiator to the sequencer input. This is thought for recording the processed "arpeggiated" MIDI events. In this case you need to go to the environment to change the settings.

The normal way is to cable the arpeggiator only to the instrument channelstrip and assign the arpeggiator to an Arrange track. Then you see the setting in the inspector on the Arrange page. Put the instrument itself on another track to work with it.
