Having leapt to Yosemite and re-installed most things, and despite a fair amount of housekeeping, I continue to get a little window saying:
"scanning Audio Units ( finalized 0 out of 2)"
There are 4 AUs that I haven't got round to authorising yet, but they are unchecked and shouldn't get in the way.
I removed the manager cache as advised in a parallel forum, but this didn't help.
Any ideas?
