Logic Pro 9 Automation Not Compensated For

Hi
Has anybody else had issues with automation no being compensated for when using the "all" setting. Also the display does not follow the actual song exactly, it's ahead by the same amount. It's not just a little, it's up to a couple of beats.
It could have to do with a certain plugin or something like that but I don't know.
I am in the middle of meeting a deadline and I will have to work around it but I will try to look closer into it asap. I was just curious whether this is a known problem or not, it hasn't been there forever that's for sure.

Yes, this is a "known known" Logic will take all plug-ins combined latency and delay playback by that amount in order to keep everything "in line".
So, if you have a couple of large latency inducing plugins and use the all setting, you get a major visual lag as well as a major audio lag when attempting to play with the audio that was already recorded.

Hmm but that is not the big problem. I am used to that and never think much about it.
The problem is that my automation doesn't play back where it's placed. For instance if I place a volume automation a the start of bar 3 it will play back at whatever time the latency inducing plugins place it which will of course always be before the visual place. On the current song that is approx half a bar early which means if I have to make a volume control at bar 3 I will to place it visually at bar 3/3/1.
I can't remember ever having experienced this until recently and it's really annoying....
