I have a G5 2.66mghz Dual PPC OS10.5.8 Logic 8
If you have a similar set up I'd like to know what interface is working for you.
I have a M-Audio Firewire solo but logic isn't recognizing it. I'm giving up on it.
 
Followup

Ok, I upgraded to Logic 8.2, a fellow user recommended using the Application>Utilities>Audio/Midi setup.
After these 2 interventions the M-Audio is now working... See next question

(on a side note. When I post here at http://www.logic-users-group.com
I get responses only on groups.yahoo.com. If I post from the groups.yahoo.com no one responds. hmmm)
 
I have a Tascam 428 currently but also just got a Roland SI-24 That I cannot for the life of me figure oit hoe to get to work with out that RPC card that wont fit my G5 anyhow.....ANYONE with ideas on how to make this just my control surface? I love what I saw it do in videos

I have a G5 2.0 dual and using a tascam 428 with logic 8, it is great but I want more!!! I have a Roland SI-24 but cannot get it to work with my system even though both Roland and Apple say it should...:angryfire:
