Logic Pro X Bounced files are greyed out....why?

Lately , my bounced LPX files are greyed out in the logic file area.
Not sure why. Been doing it the same for a while, worked before.
I save the songs (files) to folders , not packets, and then go thru the bounce-to-mp3 dialog box,
Not sure best mono or stereo bit rate , but I leave the defaults 28 and 164
Normalize is on, quality is best choice, all defaults.
Tunes are simple, 2 track backing tracks, not complicated or weird.
Bounced file goes to Logic folder, into individual folders for each tune. All been done before
But , the with last few attempts, resulting mp3 file is greyed out. Frustrating. something is different.
Any help ?
Replying to myself, or .....updating sitch.
Found all bounces, tho, not sure why.
Users/Home/Music/Logic.....then follows the entire list of all my logic junk, just like clicking Open from within Logic, but all the .mp3's and a few .wav's are there, not greyed out, and available.
All good. But why not from within Logic itself? Been doing bounces for a couple of years, always grabbing the result from the Open file in Logic. So something is different......global warming?......but it works.
That's the way, uh-huh, I like it.

Did you find the solution to the greyed out problem? I have one file in a sample called "042_F#1KM56_H.wav" and its greyed out on my macbook disk and not found in iCloud causing a problem. I copied it to a file I know Logic Pro can access, and I see it in finder NOT grayed out, then when I go to Locate and add it to Logic, it's grayed out and I cannot add it. Have had this problem awhile. any ideas? running Catalina and Logic Pro X. thanks. Doug
