Logic Pro Bouncing audio + midi

Strange bouncing behavior, combining audio and midi tracks. Logic Pro X
I imported a wav tune, plays on one track, and added 2 midi tracks of drums. Got the timing/clock correct,
all good. Then when I bounce (to mp3) , it goes thru entire process, but file is greyed out in Logic folder.
Tried with all tracks highlighted, and without. Same result

Is there some trick when you combine audio and midi? Or am I missing something else?

Replying to my own post.
Just discovered that my bounced tune DOES show up in Itunes.
Not sure why it's greyed out in the Logic file list, where it was directed in the bounce process, but at least it's usable.
Thx for any insight forthcoming from a Logic genius.

Could you be bouncing to the package file instead of a user folder ?
Bounce again - but this time. Bounce it to your desktop and see if that works
