Logic Pro 9 Bouncing Not Complying To Markers

I'm trying to bounce a short 30 second project but whenever I bounce now no matter what options I select, Logic isn't paying attention to the cycle range of the project. It runs right past and tries to bounce the whole hundreds of bars then seems to get stuck after taking forever. Completely unable to bounce my track!

Ive bounced hundreds of projects and never had this problem before - any ideas???

I always snug the song-end indicator up to just past the end of the song, and I make sure the range of the bounce is from a measure prior to song start and somewhere just shy of the song-end indicator. I have never had your particular problem, but I have noticed bounce problems, like an incomplete bounce in spite of proper bounce range, etc. Multiple tries led, in that instance, to a successful bounce.

All I have found out is this is project specific - Ive just bounced some other projects and they work fine. Its just this one no idea what has changed

I just encountered this problem myself. Same thing (project-specific). Tried “save a copy as” to make a whole new project, still doing it. OS 10.5.8 on a ppc G5. Ancient, I know..but it’s still working great, except for this nonsense.

I discovered that un-checking “include audio tail” solves the issue, at least in my case.
