Bug? Software instrument 256

I don't normally get to use high-end software instrument numbers, I max out at about 20

However, I launched what I think was an L8 template and found that an instrument had been allocated to number 256 - it may have been Klopfgeist.

When I went to look for it in my Arrange page SW Instrument list, it wasn't there.

Re-allocating to instrument 255 solved the problem.

While for me this is a very unimportant bug, I wonder whether anyone else knows about this?

This isn't a bug. It's the way Logic manages it's click track. The klopfgeist is what generates Logic's built in metronome click. It's automatically assigned to the highest available software instrument track number.If you open your mixer and turn off Arrange view, it will be there.

Its the metronome as stated above,shes always hiding somewher in there.
