Logic Pro 8 Can I adjust recorded audio to Logic Tempo?

Dear LUG,
I have recorded some audio without using a click track (didn't have long enough headphones) and was wondering if I can conform the audio to a click track post-record?
I would like to add some loops and use some loop effects etc.

if on 9.. do that then flex . if on 8 use beat mapping
