Logic Pro can you move faders manually while mixing down

No. You would need to do a normal pass while riding the faders with Automation on touch, then have them on read and do the bounce.

Yes, I really miss the 80s - analogue mixing desks, rehearsing fader movements, then all the failed mixes and wasted tape or thousand of edits trying to splice different mixes together. Oh the fun we had.
