Logic Pro 9 change all tempo events with audio integrity

How do you drag regions that are takes? In one project, I was able to increase all tempo changes and that worked perfectly, speeding up the audio regions except for the one region that had takes. That one started off okay but the second take is late. I can't drag it back towards the beginning either. It is like it is locked. Convert to new regions is grayed out too.

Maybe if you Flatten the takes before you change the tempo it will work better?
