Logic Pro 9 Changing keys

One feature I used occasionally on Garageband was the key change. It allowed me to shift the mix when the singer couldn't fit the key. I have to do that again but I can't find any way within LPro to transpose from one key to another. I have some audio tracks I've laid down but most tracks are midi and loops. I did try changing the key in Settings/Tuning but nothing happens.

If you have Apple Loops, the transposition should be automatic. For the MIDI tracks, use the transposition parameter in the track Inspector...
