Configuring Axiom and also Using Mackie Control Universal

Hello colleagues,
I am very new to music technology. I have an Axiom 25 and I found a web site that helped me configure the keyboard. I posted it below.

Now, in the very near future I will connect my new - used Mackie Universal Control. Will the configuration I created for my Axiom conflict with the configuration for the Mackie control surface?

If so, is there a work around?
