Logic Pro 9 Copying Hyper draw Automation data

Hi guys

I would like to know how to copy automation data from a track to another track in hyper draw. I have a Violon_1 track where I made some expression data (CC11) and would like to copy/paste it to the Violon_2 track. I selected the automation data, cmd c and cmd v but it seems to paste all midi events (including notes). The only thing I want is to copy the expression data. I didn't find anything in the user's manual. What am I doing wrong?

First off, Use the even editor to select the controller data, because if you turn off the midi notes in the even editor they do not get compiled.

Second, for your target track, use the "new with same channel strip/instrument" to make a new track, then paste the cc data onto that track. It should then control your Violin 2 tracks automation.

So, copy in even edit with notes turned off, and then paste into second copy of target track. Easy, and it works perfect.
