This is a follow-up to yesterday's question about problems bouncing a file and burning a disc with Logic 8. When hitting File --> Bounce, my default Save As used to be Output 1-2, as the manual says it should be. Now my default has been changed to Surround and the "surround bounce" box is automatically checked, which limits the burn capabilities and causes the burn to fail.
I can't find a way to get my default Save As back to Output 1-2, so for now I'm leaving it as Surround, manually unchecking the "surround bounce" box, and burning discs. I also notice that it takes a lot less time than it used to burning the disc, and there are fewer steps/notices the computer gives me while it's burning.
How do I get things back to the way they say they should be in the manual, and does it even matter?
Thanks!
