Logic Pro 9 Deleting a Midi Port assigning!

Can anyone give me the steps to deleting a midi port assigning...in the Logic Mixer, I have a drop down window every time I load Logic, saying 'Device "Automap Mixer" is assigned to midi port "Automap Logic Mixer" which is not present.
How can I clear this situation/drop down window. ps: I do not use a midi keyboard anymore.

Go in your Control Surface Setup window and delete the Novation icon that appears there. Take note that doing that will make the use of currently eventual Novation controller unresponsive in Automap mode.
You will have to go through the Automap installation process again if you wish to re-use a Novation MIDI controller...
