Logic Pro digital interaptions

Hi everyone !
I upgraded to mac OS 10.8.4 & installed Logic x
now every few hours I begin to hear digital interruptions in the sound - like small jumps/scratches while playing usually with the massage : System Overload.
The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time
(-10011)
It happens both on Logic X & the old logic 9
after restarting the computer it stops
can any one help me solve it ?
I use motu Ultralitemk3 as sound card

Maybe a Problem with the Motu driver. I would try updating Ort if it is allready up to date try reinstalling.
