Logic Pro 9 Direct TDM

Logic 9 has suddenly started saying displaying a box on launch headed 'Direct TDM' the message in the box is unable to locate missing plug in ESB TDM.
Does anyone know how to locate it and what it is?

We are having timing issues recording as well cant seem to get stuff in time. Very frustrated
