Within Logic, Time and Pitch Machine. 3rd party - Melodyne or Autotune. Eli mentioned Radius, there may be others as well.
If you use the PnT Machine, play around with algorithms and harmonic correction.

And you can also turn it into an Apple Loop, and adjust the pitch in the inspector.

Yes. Don't quote me on this, but I seem to recall the maximum length is 32 bars, based on 4/4 time, which would make for 128 beats. I could be wrong on the length, although I am fairly certain there is a limitation. At least there used to be when Apple Loops were first introduced.

Agreeing with Eli, I do remember there was (is?) a limit. I just did a little research to see if I could find anything on the subject because I couldn't remember the length and I found NOTHING on the subject. Appears to be a well guarded secret.

I remember I did it once to transpose a song from a cd for a vocalist, don't remember if I chopped it up or not.
I could have ignored tempo settings and the audio didn't exceed 32 bars?
I will try to locate the session when I get home.

Thanks Doug, Now that I've fully have my MBP up and running, I located that session.
Looks like I did not chop it up.
I did change the tempo to 70bpm, but it doesn't match the tempo of the audio!
At that tempo the audio lasts for 77 bars and three beats.
Not sure where I transposed it at, there's no info in the inspector, mmmm...

Doh!!
I was wrong, looked at the file with Audiofinder, it's a regular .Aiff.
Looked in the session's audio folder, and found the .mdd melodyne file.
Must not have liked the Apple Loop artifacts.

New version of Reason/Record does this as far as I know
Back in the day I used to use Logics Time Machine thingy which was good but took a month of Sundays to compute.
