Logic Pro Easy way to make duplicate track with content

I just discovered this by accident so most likely this is common knowledge: If you option drag in the track header (not the actual region) you can make a duplicate of the track AND it's contents! I don't think there's a key command for this (only the duplicate track key command, which doesn't duplicate the contents). Anyway, news to me.

Great tip.
You can take it even one step further and select multiple Tracks. Option+drag that selection will copy all Tracks with their content.

I know your post was 7 years ago - but you just made my day!! Have a vocal track with multiple takes I've already comped and wanted to easily use the non-selected takes as a duplicate. THANKS!!!
