However, I strongly suggest you do not overlap Regions, as it may be confusing when shorter Regions are completely hidden by longer Regions, but play nonetheless. If you have two Regions that play at the same time, place them on two Tracks feeding the same Instrument Channel. You create this second Track by selecting Track>Other>New Track With Same Instrument.
So this means you cannot see the short region in the editors? piano roll or score? Because if you can then I will be fine. I will try it today,but anyway thanks for the explanation!
