Logic Pro Export Audio to movie

I tried this, and it completely ruined the video portion that I was exporting the audio to. Logic Pro X 10.5, Quicktime 10.2, Mountain Lion. The video opens blurred (as if in a lower resolution) and then when exporting the audio to the video, it overwrites the video in the blurred vision. Any one know what the issue is here?
