Logic Studio apps faster more organized apple loops?

the way im importing my apple loops, takes seemingly forever considering how many i have and the new apple loop is being saved right next to the original file making it seem really disorganized. is there a macro automaed way to so this like i could in wavelab?

I assume you are talking about indexing loops. If you have a lot, do them all at once instead of one at a time. It will save you a lot of time.
