Logic Pro (X) Feedback when playing back

Hi All,

I am new to Logic Pro and my partners and I recorded our first session last week. Upon playback through my MacBook Pro speakers, I get an awful feedback, as if a mic is still turned on a picking up the sound of the music. I hope there is an easy fix that I'm overlooking. Thanks, and happy to be a part of the community.

Very probably there sill *is* a mic is still turned on picking up the sound of the music. Show a screenshot (cmd-shift-4) of the complete Mixer screen to verify this.

Yes, and by "turned on" that would mean a track is armed or has input monitoring on
