Logic Pro 8 freezing on quit

I'm currently working in L8 because it allows event selection both ways between piano roll and hyper edit. ( L9 is **cked here)

Yesterday and today when I quit L8 it froze and I had to force quit.

I shut my mac down overnight - so this problem has survived a relaunch.

any ideas?

Hi,

Does it do this on all songs, or just a particular 1 or 2? Have your tried to move your preferences to the desktop and see if it still happens? Make a new song, and quit right away, still happen?

I have the same problem using 8.02. My workaround is to first close the project, then quit the application. No freezing this way.
